      Why 1800°F Protection Matters

      LiPo batteries entering thermal runaway can reach 200-1000°C (392-1832°F) in as little as one second, generating pressurized combustible gases and fire exceeding 2,760°C (5,000°F). Standard synthetic fabrics (nylon, polyester) melt at 300-500°F and accelerate fire spread. Silica fabric provides:

      • Non-combustible thermal barrier – does not melt, degrade, or produce additional combustible gases
      • Containment & safe venting – restricts fire propagation while allowing controlled gas release
      • 2-3× safety margin – rated far above LiPo thermal runaway temperatures
      • Proven military/aerospace standard – trusted for Class D (lithium fire) containment protocols
