LBT offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing and material defects for the service life of the product, when used as intended. This does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, or improper use/care.
Returns are not accepted after 90 days from purchase. Due to the critical nature of body armor, all body armor sales are final. Custom items are also non-returnable, as they cannot be resold.
Warranty claims are evaluated case-by-case and are at LBT’s sole discretion. Coverage applies only to direct purchases from LBT; secondhand purchases (e.g., via eBay or friends) are not covered but may be reviewed individually.
