LBT Plate Carriers are designed around the plate size; a 6094"A" would be designed to fit a medium ESAPI plate, a 6094"B" would be a large and so on.

With that our carriers are fully adjustable in both the cummerbund and shoulder straps, allowing fitment for a variety of body types within a given plate size.

If plates are not yet a factor, below are some general recommendations for sizing.

LBT-6094A (Medium): Up to 5'11" and 200lbs, accepts 10x12 ESAPI or Shooters Cut plates
LBT-6094B (Large): 6' and up and 200-230lbs, accepts 10 1/8 x 13 1/4 ESAPI or Shooters Cut plates
LBT-6094C (X-Large): 6' and up and 230+lbs, accepts 11 x 14 ESAPI or Shooters Cut plates
